The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a wired connection, as wireless connections are subject to signal loss. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctions on the part of the service provider.

The condominium has security cameras in the common areas, including the entrance and hallways. There are no cameras inside the units.
