The accommodation includes:

Studio: queen-size bed (198 cm x 158 cm), sofa bed (188 cm x 130 cm), 43" smart TV with free-to-air channels (digital antenna), split-system air conditioning, semi-blackout curtains, open closet with hangers, workspace, full-length mirror, and dining table with chairs.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, popcorn maker, sandwich maker, blender, and cooking utensils.

Other: hair dryer, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, and garment steamer.

Internet: 600 Mbps.

- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a wired connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctions on the part of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.

The building has 24-hour remote-controlled access (there is no doorman). Entry is granted via facial recognition.

The complex offers the following shared recreational areas, including a pool, terrace, gym, and laundry room.

- Swimming Pool: Open Tuesday through Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. (Closed on Mondays for maintenance.)

- Gym: Open daily, from 6 AM to 10 PM.

- Shared laundry facility (fee applies). NOTE: Currently out of service.

- Gourmet Area/Terrace: Common area available to guests, except when rented or reserved. It is prohibited to use this area for parties, events, or meetings, as well as for any political, religious, or commercial activities.

You can easily reach the accommodation by ride-hailing app or taxi. It is located on Riachuelo Street, and is approximately:

- Public transportation:

There is a bus stop in front of the building, and the Cinelândia Metro Station - EXIT D - PASSEIO (ODEON) is a 19-minute walk away.

- Paid parking:

The property does not have on-site parking, but there are several paid parking lots nearby. There is an option near the building where Enredo guests receive a discount: SF Park – R. Riachuelo, 189 – Centro.
