Located in the heart of downtown Rio, this studio is just a few steps from the Arcos da Lapa. The space features air conditioning, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen, ensuring comfort and convenience. The building offers a pool and a gym. With its prime location, you’ll be close to Lapa, Circo Voador, and various tourist attractions, as well as great dining and cultural options.

In the accommodation, you will find:

Studio: double bed (188 cm x 138 cm), sofa bed (188 cm x 120 cm), 50" smart TV with free-to-air channels (digital antenna), split-system air conditioning, semi-blackout curtain, closet with hangers, and dining area with seating.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, water purifier with filtered water, air fryer, kettle, blender, sandwich maker, wine glasses, and cooking utensils.

- Gourmet Area/Terrace: Common area, space available for guests, except when rented or reserved. It is prohibited to use this area for parties, events, or meetings, as well as for any activity of a political, religious, or commercial nature.
