- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is a loss of signal with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or oscillations due to the malfunctioning of the service provider.
You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.
Concierge: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. The concierge is not open on Sundays and public holidays.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

This place was fantastically located in the heart of Ipanema with the beach only a five minute walk away and great bars, restaurants and shops all around. It was a very comfortable apartment, great bed, clean and good AC. The bathroom could maybe use a little modernising but it was in-keeping with the 60s Rio decor. The team were fantastic communicators responding immediately when I was locked out and also with a couple of minor enquiries. Great value for money and I’d not hesitate to stay again with Omar Do Rio.

Segunda vez en este alojamiento. Nos gusta mucho la ubicación, supermercados, farmacias y lugares para comer, todo a menos de 2 cuadras, frente al metro General Osorio y a 3 cuadras de la playa de Ipanema. Alojamiento muy comodo para 2 personas.
