- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. A fee of BRL 150.00 per reservation will also be charged for use + transportation.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.

Nice apartment, great location. However, ants accumulated very quickly in the kitchen if dirty dishes were not washed immediately after use.
I liked a lot this airbnb! Very nice host and the apartment is good. I would have appreciated to feel more welcomed regarding the kitchen. It would have been much appreciated to have coffee filters, more knifes, some salt or oil. That would have been perfect and very helpful for us as hosted!
