We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- Access to the building is by means of a tag; if this object is lost, the lease holder will be charged a fee.

O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, completo e de qualidade e a localização muito especial e agradável. Mas tive uma dificuldade inicial, pois ao tomar conhecimento da política restritiva sobre visitantes (deve ser enviado com antecedência documento com foto de qualquer visitante), solicitei o cancelamento da reserva, cerca de 10 minutos após, mas a empresa foi inflexível e recusou a realizar o reembolso, o que me impediu de buscar outro espaço que atendesse minhas necessidades. Acho que poderiam ter sido mais compreensivos, porque isso evitaria situação desconfortável para ambas as partes. Mas no geral, com essa ressalva, recomendo o espaço.

gostamos muito do local, muito confortável para mim e para os meus filhos televisões em 2 ambientes, sofá cama muito bom. como tem 2 ambientes para dormir acho que faltou roupa de cama e toalha mais de resto. Foi tudo perfeito, voltaremos em breve.

O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, completo e de qualidade e a localização muito especial e agradável.
