We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Nos encanto el piso, estuvimos casi 10 días en Rio, siendo esta nuestra segunda visita a la ciudad. Amamos Ipanema y la ubicación de este piso es excelente. Podes llegar a cualquier parte a Pie o tomando el metro. El barrio es super lindo y denota buen nivel adquisitivo. Solo debo mencionar que se encuentra sobre una avenida muy transitada y las ventanas no cuentan con un corrimiento acústico acorde. Entiendo que es en parte por la particularidad del edificio. Pero no tengo nada negativo que mencionar. Volvería a quedarme sin dudas!

Great studio flat in a perfect location. Just 2 blocks from the beach, supermarket and lunch place on the corner. Beautiful view from the window of the trees. All green. Comfortable bed, AC. All you need. The staff is very helpful and took time to send me something I forgot in the apartment. Very recommended. I'd choose this place again if I'm in Rio.

A estadia foi um achado em meio a um final de semana de vários eventos no rio de janeiro. O bairro é um dos melhores da cidade para andar tranquilamente e cheio de opções de bares e restaurantes. O valor que pagamos foi bem caro e o quarto é bem simples, sem opções de canais na TV, sem opção de toalha extra, máquina de lavar não funcionava. No primeiro dia tivemos problema com o chuveiro, um pouco perigoso ⚠️ mas foi solucionado brevemente pela equipe bem treinada e de fácil comunicação.
