We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

The property was modern, very clean and well thought out, and it looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone and the property was in a very convenient area to all the tourist attractions as well as culinary haunts, grocery stores, bars, shopping venues and the beach. There were ample appliances, kitchen tools, silverware, serving ware, etc. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. I would highly recommend renting this property and I would definitely rent this place again upon my return. Thanks for making my first Brazilian experience memorable!"

Apartamento amplo e moderno. Todo reformado, 4 grandes quartos, ampla cozinha e sala integrada.
Contato com a empresa que gerência sempre foi rápido em resposta e flexível em relação ao check out.
Super recomendo, fica muito bem localizado, entre as praias de Copacabana, posto 5 e Ipanema, posto 8. Além de supermercado, farmácias, restaurantes e metrô bem próximos ao apto.

Estadia muito boa. Apto super bem localizado, atendimento rápido e ótimo. Era meu aniversário então deixaram um vinho pra mim, super solícitos. Apenas um ponto que tivemos um problema com instabilidade da água quente nos chuveiros, eles responderam com prontidão para mandarem um técnico.

A estadia foi excelente. Tudo maravilhoso. Apartamento muito próximo a praia de Copacabana. Espaçoso. Organizado. De fácil acesso. O único ponto de melhoria é com relação a temperatura dos chuveiros, ou fica muito quente, ao ponto de não dar para tomar banho, ou não esquenta. No mais, tudo excelente e um anfitrião simpático e proativo.

A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é realmente maravilhoso e com boa localização, o que deixou a desejar foram os chuveiros do banheiro, não conseguíamos regular a água pra morna, ou era gelada ou extremamente quente, mas de resto foi tudo perfeito!

Omar do rio foi super comunicativo, mensagem respondidas em curto período de tempo, e agradeço o fato de ter nos estendido a estadia até as 15:00 horas, encurtando muito nossa espera no aeroporto já que nosso voo só sai à noite .

Alugo por muito tempo no Airbnb e essa locação foi uma das melhores que já tive. O apartamento é reformado, tudo muito novo e a decoração é de ótimo gosto. A cama é super confortável, a internet funciona perfeitamente, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Fiz a viagem com + 7 pessoas e o espaço acomodou todos perfeitamente.
Outro ponto positivo é a fechadura eletrônica que dispensa ter que levar chave para a praia.

Omar’s place is very modern and clean. The apartment is in a secure building with elevators and there is always someone to assist at the entrance. My stay was great due to great communication between me and the host, he allowed us to have a late checkout and sent help right away when I had an issue opening one of the bedroom door. I will definitely book with Omar again, I highly recommended his place if you plan on staying in Ipanema and have desire to be close to lots of restaurant by the beach.
