We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it had everything I needed and towards the end it felt like I could really live in that studio. The communication was quick and clear for any questions I had. When I asked for mugs they brought some for the unit the same day. The neighborhood is perfect, you can walk to the beach and I felt comfortable as as a solo female traveler.

Só tenho a agradecer pela estadia!
O flat é conforme foi relatado nas fotos. É pequeno, mas bem aconchegante. Ideal para uma pessoa ou um casal. Tem o sofá-cama, mas o espaço é pequeno. Mas como descrevi, o flat é simples mas muito aconchegante.
O ar-condicionado funciona e gela bem, mas ainda é daqueles modelos antigos. Mas tirando isso não tenho o que reclamar.
A localização do flat é ótima, fica a 5 minutos a pé da praia de Ipanema e de Copacabana. Está localizado a 30 metros de uma panificadora e a 50 metros da estação do metrô. Na esquina do prédio tem estação da Bike Rio e bem próximo tem supermercados, restaurantes e bares.
A equipe do Omar do Rio foi muito prestativa!

El lugar es muy bello, fui con mi esposa el departamento nos gusto, nunca un problema, tiene todo lo que publico en el anuncio. Queda a nada de la playa Copacabana e Ipanema lindo para ir caminando llegas enseguida.. experiencia muy linda.!

Para 3 pessoas o apartamento era bem apertadinho, e a cozinha bem pequena, sem possibilidade de cozinhar grande coisa. Mas fora isso a gente se sentiu super bem, e curtimos muito a nossa estadia:)

Hola nosotros (mi pareja y yo) tomamos el vuelo de Flybondi de 6am argentina a 9am Rio. . A pesar de que la entrada era a las 3pm/15hs . Tuvimos la suerte de el la oficina de Omar Do Rio se encontraba al lado del Airbnb y tipo 11:30am llegamos al Airbnb y le pedimos el favor de que si nos podían guardar la maleta para poder ir a comer y estar cómodos para explorar y comer.
La verdad que en ese aspecto nos bancaron la maletas hasta la entrada. Ya a la hora tocamos a la office de ellos para que nos pudieran dar las llaves, siempre atentos ante cualquier cosa y constetaban rapido. La verdad que esta muy bien ubicado el lugar entre copacabana y ipanema , como tambien cabe destacar que a 2 cuadras esta la estacion de metro.
El Airbnb como tal me pareció sencillo es mejor que en las fotos y contaba con jabón, shampoos chiquitos, jabón para lavar platos como así utensilios de cocinas. La verdad que todo bien , en ese aspecto estaba bien equipado con lo fundamental e indispensable.
