We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- Pets accepted on request.
- Pets are allowed on the condominium premises on a leash. Only up to 2 animals will be allowed, and the renter is responsible for picking up the animal's feces, under penalty of a fine in the event of non-compliance.
- The swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm daily.
- The sauna is open from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays, upon prior request.
