We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential lease, therefore, it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors, as well as the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

1) Parties and/or events will not be allowed.

2) Respect the Law of Silence between 22:00 and 08:00.

3) Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will incur an extra cleaning fee.

4) It is mandatory to send the identification document of all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5) It is mandatory to send the identification document of every visitor, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

6) Do not use bed and bath linen to clean blood, makeup, sunscreen and other products.

7) Fines applied to the unit, by the condominium administration, related to the behavior of the tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is in disagreement with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Make good use and take care of the space, this is someone's property.

Oh! It is important to know:

- After 22:00, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for face-to-face check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we have adopted the general disinfection procedure for apartments between bookings and have added a 24-hour interval between bookings.

- We do not provide in our accommodations, salt, oil, sugar or other food items for hygiene reasons.

- Cot service is subject to availability. There will also be a fee of R$150.00 per reservation for use + transport value.
