3rd Suite (1st floor): 2 single beds (188cm x 88cm), split air conditioning, ceiling fan, 40” TV with TV Box, closed closet with hangers, full-length mirror, and blackout and translucent curtain.

Kitchen: fridge, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, air fryer, water dispenser, omelette maker and cooking utensils.

Other: hairdryer in all suites, 15 kg washing machine and clothes line.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is a loss of signal with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to the malfunctioning of the company providing the service.

You will have exclusive access to the house. The accommodation is entirely yours.

In the condominium Enseado do Forno you will have shared access to the following areas: swimming pool, steam and dry sauna, games room, soccer camp and lounge area.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Everyone present during the stay counts as a guest, regardless of age.

- It is compulsory for all visitors to send their identification document at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- To use the parking space, you must register your car at the concierge.

- Garbage bags, duly sealed, must be handed over to one of the condominium staff for removal.
