We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Definitely the best hosting ever, is very clean, is big and the surroundings are good, close to Ipanema beach, like 10 minutes walking, good restaurants close, During the night walking I didn’t feel insecure, it was really good! I really liked.

Perfect spot for a few days with a group of 4. 10-minute walk to Leblon beach, super responsive host, and 24-hour building security. We were able to do a late check out free of charge, too! Would stay here again.

Ubicación perfecta en un lugar seguro, céntrico.
Cuenta con aire acondicionado en living y en habitaciones lo que es un plus increíble.
Limpio, el acceso es independiente.
Casi todo muy bien, menos las camas, los colchones son duros, muy duros, la realidad es que en 8 a 9 días solo quería llegar a mi cama.
En Brasil hay muchos insectos, por lo que cuando tuvimos un insecto quisimos matarlo y nos comunicamos con la administración, siempre responden muy rápido, nos dijeron que había insecticida pero nunca lo encontramos.
Todo lo demás muy bueno, ubicación, limpieza, espacio, cocina equipada.
El barrio de Leblon es muy seguro

Ótimo apartamento, bem equipado com tudo novinho e bem limpo.
Localização boa, da pra ir andando até a praia e é pertinho do shopping e restaurantes.
Horários de checkin e checkout flexíveis e comunicação muito fácil!
Únicos pontos negativos:
1. Camas muito duras mesmo, extremamente desconfortáveis (recomendo que se não trocarem as camas, comprem pillow top para melhorar a situação);
2. Quase todas as maçanetas do apartamento estão desencaixando ou caindo;
3. Banheiros não tem janela ou exaustor.
Fora esses pontos, tudo perfeito. Recomendo!

A localização é muito boa. O apartamento é reformado, tudo de bom gosto e novo. A ressalva vai apenas por estar de frente a uma rua de muito movimento, mas nada relacionado ao apartamento em si. Ficam 5 pessoas com conforto.

Supermercado muito próximo e restaurantes próximos tb.
Nada que desabone, só atenção ao trânsito próximo, se tivesse um estacionamento seria muito interessante.
