- This condominium does not allow visitors. Access is only granted to those included in the reservation.
- In order to use the parking space, it is necessary to send the model, color and license plate of the vehicle along with the guests' documentation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

Primeiramente agradecer ao anfitrião por sempre responder nossas mensagens rapidamente e tirar todas as dúvidas.
O self check-in foi muito tranquilo.
A casa é muito confortável e atendeu todas as expectativas, mas infelizmente precisa de algumas manutenções simples como a urgente troca da geladeira que não está funcionando perfeitamente (quase perdemos algumas carnes que levamos ).
Chegamos numa semana que o clima não estava muito agradável e choveu forte durante toda nossa estadia, infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas de infiltração também.
