We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Very nice place to stay in Ipanema; the location is one of the best in the area. Very comfortable for 2 couples. The apartment looks just like the pictures. I love the little terrace where you can see the beach. Internet worked well.

Nice apartment less than one block from Ipanema beach. Both bedrooms have AC which is very needed in Rio. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and let us check in early.

Ap extremamente limpo, condiz exatamente com as fotos exceto por uma escada em caracol para subir para a acomodação que ficou um pouco difícil com as malas. Tivemos um imprevisto com o chuveiro que rapidamente foi resolvido pela equipa da omar, eles respondem super rápido. Adorei a acomodação, muito confortável.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto de muitos restaurantes bons, locais de passeio, sem contar que fica a poucos passos da praia. A decoração é um charme a parte, tudo de muito bom gosto e muito bem arrumado, super espaçoso, tinha tudo o que a gente precisava. Os dois quartos são ótimos. O acesso ao ap é por uma escada caracol, oq pra gente foi tranquilo. A vista é linda e o bairro é super tranquilo. O atendimento foi ótimo, havia uma pessoa esperando na chegada para dar as instruções e mostrar o local. A comunicação com a Omar do Rio era sempre muito rapidan e eficaz. Nos sentimos seguros e com certeza se formos novamente pra o RJ, voltaremos pra cá.
