We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

The apartment has an amazing location, with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets, walking distance from Copacabana and Ipanema súper safe to walk around. Is a comfy, private and quiet place and the security guards are very nice and friendly. Also is well communicated, with a little of buses and taxis stooping just in front the place. For sure you will have an amazing time there!

Without a shadow of a doubt, one of the luckiest finds on AirBnB if you're wanting a dreamy time in Rio de Janeiro! The most spectacular view (the pictures don't do it justice) and a sanctuary of a space. Chic, calming and purpose-fit, by the end of my trip I felt as though it was my own which is a real testament to the efforts put into creating a stunning space. Will be coming back time and time again whenever I visit.

Me encantó el apto tiene un estilo bonito , tiene tina aunque supongo que merece mantenimiento , la vista es muy bonita y el precio es accesible para estar en tan buena zona , la zona es tranquila y queda muy cerca a la playa , me encantó mucho la vista del apartamento y es súper grande y amplio , me gustó que tiene muchas almohadas y hamaca hasta para desayunar en una mesa cerca al ventanal mirando hacia la playa , me encantó , todo queda cerca

Excelente lugar. El departamento es hermoso y tiene de todo. Estaba super limpio y nos dejaron algunas cositas que siempre son de ayuda cuando se llega a algún lugar. Tienen una excelente ubicación y son muy atentos con quien se hospeda. Nos sentimos super satisfechos con la decisión.

El apartamento se encuentra en muy buena ubicación. Lugar seguro. Hay varios lugares de comercio cerca (restaurantes, farmacias, markets, etc). El espacio es amplio y cómodo para estadías medias y largas. Tiene una excelente vista de la playa. Muy recomendable.

O Apartamento é muito melhor do que nas fotos, se tiverem a oportunidade reservem.
Ficamos lá dois dias e sentimos vontade de ficar mais.
Limpo, organizado, bonito e com uma boa cama.
A localização é ótima, têm tudo a poucos metros.

O apartamento é ideal para um casal. O chuveiro funciona a gás. A cama é confortável. O sofá é pequeno, mas abre como cama de solteirão. A cozinha é equipada para fazer pequenas refeições. A vista da janela é linda. A rua é bem movimentada apesar de ser fechada para o lado da praia. O apartamento fica a uma quadra da praia de Copacabana no posto 2. Tem muito comércio próximo. O apartamento é simples, mas decorado.

A hospedagem condiz com o anúncio. Apartamento limpo, organizado e com todo o essencial para estadias curtas ou mais longas. A vista para o mar é um grande diferencial. O condomínio conta com portaria 24h e fica em uma região tranquila de Copacabana. A comunicação foi rápida e eficaz a todo tempo. Recomendo e voltaria de novo!

la pasamos genial. buena ubicacion, enfrente de la playa... tiene cerca ATM , restaurantes, Market, Ventas de Souvanirs y Tours en Rio. hay bicicletas para tomar, y siempre pasan taxis.
