Welcome to Nomad's Guesthouse, which works like a small hostel. As well as having a main house where Athy & Eduardo (your hosts) live, there are four independent studios which we rent out and offer to our guests, with total privacy and structure.
In the accommodation you will find:
Studio: standard double bed (188cm x 138cm), single auxiliary bed (188cm x 88cm), TV, air conditioning, open closet, curtain.
You will have exclusive access to the studio. The accommodation is entirely yours.
The common area has a swimming pool, gourmet area, barbecue, solarium, a very charming environment and is lovingly cared for by Athy & Eduardo.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
Make good use and take care of the space, this is someone's property.

Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nos quartos do Omar. É um custo benefício muito bom e uma excelente localização, principalmente se você nao tem carro e quer fazer tudo de uber e transporte público. Fica bem próximo da praia de Geribá e tem mercado e McDonald's bem próximos. Wifi, churrasqueira e piscina são ótimos, o suporte que o Athy nos deu, nas duas vezes que nos hospedamos, foi muito bom, sempre querendo ajudar. O quarto estava sem a cafeteira e a mesa que estão nas fotos, mas nada que atrapalhasse, conseguimos usar o fogão e a mesa da área externa. O ar condicionado estava gelando bem, mesmo informando que precisava limpar os filtros. A cama é ótima e a TV é smart e tem todos os aplicativos de entretenimento, mas sentimos falta de um controle pra TV. No geral, foi tudo ótimo e vamos sempre voltar a buzios dando prioridade as suites do Omar e também recomenda-las.
