We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Had a lovely stay! Would definitely go back.
Was a little hard to wash up as the kitchen plug was missing.
Also to note, we were there for a week but we weren’t left enough toilet paper so we had to get our own. Furthermore, there wasn’t a kettle to boil water or a toaster to toast bread.

Only a block and a half away from the middle of Cocacabana beach. Outdoor balcony with hammock is very nice when dining at home and had a view on the beach and Christ the Redeemer. Air conditioning worked great. Very nice warm showers. Having the washing machine was nice as we stayed 10 days. Clothes dry quickly on the laundry line in the balcony. Lots of storage space and hangers for your clothes. Kitchen worked well. Large refrigerator. Bed comfortable. Curtain blocks the light from coming in well. Code on door allowed for very easy check in and check out. Very responsive host. Good WiFi. 24 hour doorman keeps building very secure.

Sitio pequeño pero cómodo, con lo necesario para estar unos días. Tiene una terraza muy agradable, tiene aire acondicionado que ayuda cuando hace mucho calor. La cocina está equipada con lo necesario para estarr cómodos. Tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y de sitios para ir a comer. Tiene cerradura con clave, lo que funciona super para andar sin llaves.

Fiquei um mes no apartamento e gostei muito. A localizacao e perfeita, muito perto da praia de Copacabana e a vista do apartamento e espectacular. O anfitriao respondeu muito rapido as perguntas. Poderia ter sido um pouco mais limpo, especialmente a sacada, mais recomendo 100%

A localização do apartamento é perfeita. Fica bem próxima a supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, bares, estação do metrô e a duas quadras do calçadão de a Copacabana. Isso tudo sem contar com os utensílios que equipam o apartamento, que nos dá a opção de comer em casa ao invés de sair para um restaurante/bar. O apartes também possui máquina de lavar, o que foi uma mão na roda. Por fim, a equipe da Omar do Rio sempre foi bem prestativa quando precisamos, inclusive para alterar o horário de checkout. Recomendo demais esse apartamento. Espero voltar em breve e encontrar as barras de chocolate que esqueci na geladeira hehehe

Tudo conforme anúncio. O apartamento é confortável e perto da praia. O ambiente do entorno do edifício é bem movimentado, parece Centro de grandes cidades, com bastante comércio. O apto poderia ter mais utensílios para a cozinha, mas o restante tudo perfeito.
