- It is mandatory to send identification documents and facial recognition photos of all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Visitors are not allowed in this accommodation.
- Check-in is strictly prohibited after 10 PM.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Noise Law between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ashes, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Considering location, the views and the size, this is priced appropriately. If you're going to stay in Ipanema, this is a rather large condo/apartment that offers plenty of space.

The location is excellent — close to the beach and everything you need. While the building is older and a bit dated, the apartment itself is well maintained and fully equipped. We had a few minor issues upon arrival, but the management company promptly resolved them. Note: Because of the prime location and proximity to the beach, there can be some morning noise, which may be a factor for those who aren’t early risers. Considering location, the views and the size, this is priced appropriately. If you're going to stay in Ipanema, this is a rather large condo/apartment that offers plenty of space.
