Kitchen: frost-free refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, water purifier, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, counter with 2 stools, and kitchen utensils.
Others: hair dryer, portable steamer, and clothes drying rack.

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed via a wired connection, as there is signal loss with the wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to the malfunctioning of the service provider company.
You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Please remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors, and the general rules of good coexistence. Violations of these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is mandatory to send identification documents for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- It is mandatory to send identification documents for all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for conducting in-person check-in, subject to team availability. This is not an optional service.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. A fee of BRL 150.00 per reservation will be charged for its use, plus the transportation cost.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom items, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not allowed.
- Respect the Quiet Hours Law from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
- Do not use bed and bath linens to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood, and other products.
- Fines applied to the unit by the condominium administration related to tenant behavior, such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that is not in accordance with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the rental holder.
- We request that when ordering delivery, you go down to the entrance to pick up your orders. Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the condominium.
- Pets are allowed upon request.

O apartamento é uma graça, tudo extremamente novo, bonito e confortável. Localização ótima, com mercado e restaurante perto, em Botafogo que, para mim, é o melhor bairro do Rio pela centralidade e variedade de coisas para fazer. Equipe de comunicou comigo o tempo todo de forma rápida e resolutiva. Gostei muito, recomendo e pretendo alugar novamente em visitas futuras.

O check-in foi muito bem conduzido, com a recepção de uma funcionária atenciosa e um mimo gentil da empresa, demonstrando um atendimento de excelência. Os funcionários do prédio foram sempre educados e cordiais. O apartamento atendeu todas as minhas expectativas: estava impecavelmente limpo, organizado e correspondia exatamente às fotos.
