Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Pets are accepted on request.
- The identification of all visitors must be sent at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 22:00, a fee of R$ 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. You will be charged R$150.00 per booking for use + transportation costs.
- Parties and/or events are not allowed.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ashes or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
- Do not use bed linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium administration relating to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or conduct contrary to the rules of cohabitation, will be borne by the tenant.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, pleins de commerce dans le centre commercial et dans la rue. Plage à 10 mn à pied. Le seul problème est l’apparition de cafard et de fourmis dans la cuisine. Sinon rien a dire, bon rapport qualité prix.

I stayed here for a month and loved it! Easy check in, friendly staff and amazing location! So many good places to eat, laundromats close by and the train close by and beach. I worked remotely and the space is perfect! I would love to stay here again, thank you

The place looked just as it did in the photos. For anyone concerned with the internet/wi-fi speed, I worked from home every day of the week for a 2-week stay and had no issues at all with the wifi. It stayed connected the entire time, and I didn't notice any stutters or slow speed during video calls. This was my primary concern and I had no problems at all.
The location was a little hard to find at first because it is actually inside of the shopping center, and I didn't notice any signs with the company name on it, however, the location is perfect for the previously mentioned reasons. It is in the shopping mall, so if you're not. comfortable going out at night, there is a grocery store right across from the main entrance, and you never have to take a step outside. There's also a small cafe right across from it as well with very affordable coffee.
Overall I had a good stay, in a good location near the beach.

I stayed in the property for over a month at the end of 2022. As described on the AirBnB site, and well managed by the team at O Mar that were always attentive throughout my stay. Keypad entry simplifies check-in. The studio offers good value accommodation, especially for longer stays, for individuals or a couple in Rio on business or pleasure.
The property is centrally located in Copacabana and next to Siqueira Campos metro station which makes it very simple to travel around Rio. In one direction you are in Ipanema and Leblon in minutes, and in the other to Botafogo, Flamengo, and on to Centro and Maracana. Taxis are plentiful.
The apartment is located above a shopping centre, but one that specialises in antiques and collectable. Each apartment blocks has its own entry with 24 hour porterage. Blocks well maintained, spotless and very secure.
Added bonus is large supermarket in the shopping centre as well as cafes. Copacabana Beach is a few blocks away, as are better restaurants.

Cozy apartment, as described on the posting and pictures. To be noted, it is inside a galeria, which makes it super safe and practical. There's a supermarket right at the door, as well as eateries and self washing salons.
The beach is about 10' walking.

O apartamento é bom, exatamente como na foto. Únicos pontos de atenção e que acho que precisam ser resolvidos logo que são: o ar condicionado não dá vazão ao apto, é aquele modelo de janela, mas muito antigo. Só resfria o ambiente de noite, quando a temperatura está mais amena. O ventilador que disponibilizaram faz um barulho de helicóptero, britadeira e as travesseiros são muito ruins, muito mole, que chega dar dor no pescoço. No mais, o apto é ótimo e excelente localização.

Excelente! Me salvou depois que o Íbis me deixou na mão com uma adolescente e dois cachorros, por inventar a regra de único pet (não escrita em lugar algum - não se hospedem lá…). Fiz contato e rapidamente fechei a hospedagem com Omar e já fui pra lá. Ficou bem mais barato e achei melhor que o hotel. Obrigado, me salvaram num momento muito sensível.

Lugar exatamente como nas fotos .Roupas de cama extremamente limpas e organizadas , cama mega confortável , ambiente limpo .Mesa para trabalho , wifi de qualidade .O AP fica dentro de uma galeria , que vc não precisa sair para a rua para comprar nada .Tem supermercado extra , cafeteria , farmácia .Aos arredores vários báres com tiragostos deliciosos .FIca a umas 4 quadras da praia .Certeza de que ficarei la novamente .So gratidão pela estadia .

Já fui ao RJ muitas vezes, e sem dúvidas, essa foi a melhor localização. O espaço fica dentro de uma galeria com tudo disponível: salões, mercados, lojinhas de roupas etc etc. Eu pegava Uber na porta e era super tranquilo. O espaço é ótimo e super limpo e organizado. Super indico e quero voltar. Obrigada ao Omar do Rio!!!

O estúdio é igual ao do anúncio. Fica em uma galeria em copa, em que encontra-se de tudo. Portaria 24hrs. Tudo ótimo. Recomendo !
