We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

We stayed for about a week and it worked out well. Great location, close to beaches, and very clean. We were able to cook a couple meals and there are restaurants in the area that are a good deal (Israeli felafel place on the corner, cafe called sindicato de arpoador with good meals close by). The host made sure we checked in and that everything went well our first night - communicative but not intrusive at all. We would definitely stay again here!

Excellent value for the money. Very responsive and proactive hosts, which can be rare when dealing with a management company instead of an individual. The location is absolutely perfect and it does not take more than 5 minutes to get to a grocery store, good restaurants and bars, and, most importantly, THE BEACH!!! Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Zona Sul.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a PERFECT location, equidistant to both Ipanema beach and Copacabana beach - easily able to go to either place. Everything was walkable. We felt very safe and the building was very quiet which was nice. When we come back we will do another Omar Do Rio place!

Localização excelente. Apartamento funcional, silencioso, bem equipado, cozinha grande, quarto espaçoso, equipe que nos atende muito gentil e nos responde com muita agilidade. Ventilador da sala não estava funcionando, levaram outro portátil rapidamente ao apartamento. Para melhor conforto dos hóspedes Sugiro apenas trocarem os lençóis por outros de melhor qualidade e amenities de banho também de melhor qualidade. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Espaço exatamente como descrito no anúncio, muito lindo, bem arrumado e limpo. Fica entre ipanema e copacabana, portanto, você pode escolher qual praia e bairro! Achei isso um diferencial. A equipe sempre proativa quanto ao atendimento necessário. Nos sentimos em casa e posso dizer que voltaríamos novamente. A única ressalva é sobre a conexão dos apps da TV (youtube, netflix, prime vídeo). Um conselho é que pode ser colocado um cabo de internet direto, assim, certamente funcionaria melhor, sem a necessidade de acessar com o wi-fi. De todo modo, acomodação e equipe impecáveis!
