We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Pedro do setor de atendimento do Omar, que nos aguardava. Foi muito simpático. Tudo estava muito limpo e arrumado. O condomínio é muito bom, tem uma piscina ótima e muito próxima da casa. Ponto positivo também é ter duas vagas por casa e ser bem próximo da praia e comércio. Dá para ir caminhando, uma quadra e meia aproximadamente. Pontos que precisam ser melhorados pela proprietária do imóvel: - colocar cortinas na sala, pois a parede é de vidro e todos que passam olham para dentro. - substituição dos colchões de uma cama de solteiro e uma de casal. São de madeira ortopédica extremamente desconfortáveis, duras mesmo. Isso eu recomendo que procurem saber antes se foi resolvido. Importante dizer que a equipe do Omar Do Rio Búzios foi muito solícita e no mesmo dia levou colchões para substituir. Qualquer dificuldade eles estavam prontos para resolver. Recomendamos o serviço deles e pretendemos voltar a nos hospedar com eles em outra oportunidade.

A recepção do Pedro foi ótima. O condomínio é super agradável, com um jardim muito bonito. Praia próximo e relativamente perto do Centro. A casa é ampla e tem um espaço com churrasqueira nos fundos. Apenas senti falta de cortinas na sala, já que tem "paredes" de vidro, tirando um pouco da privacidade. E os colchões e travesseiros não são bons. Mas são pontos facilmente resolviveis e a casa/condomínio são ótimos.

Otima casa, com toda a comodidade necessaria para ficar a estadia. Piscina maravilhosa. E regiao de buzios otima. Pessoal da acomodacao foram sempre proativos e prestativos . Muito obrigado
