cumple condiciones de precio calidad y ubicación, sin embargo cabe mencionar que lado edifico están haciendo demolición de otro edificio y el ruido de maquinas y trabajo pesado inicia 7am lo que no permite descansar en la mañana, pero lo demás cumple todo muy bien.
