Suite - Sea View and Balcony Access: queen size bed (196cm x 160cm), single bed (175cm x 79cm), sofas, armchairs, 40" smart TV, air conditioning, portable fan, wardrobe with hangers and mirror.

Double Room - Access to the Pool: double bed (190cm x 140cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers and full-length mirror.

Single Room - Pool Access: 2 single beds (187cm x 88cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers and full-length mirror.

Kitchen: 2 refrigerators, 5-burner cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, water purifier with natural and cold water, sandwich maker, ice machine, counter with 2 stools and cooking utensils.

Other: hair dryer, iron with ironing board, clothesline, and vacuum cleaner.

Note: in addition to the en suite bathroom, the accommodation has a guest bathroom (between the double and single bedrooms) and a half bathroom (in the living room).

Garage: 1 uncovered parking space inside the house.

Internet: The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive use of the house during your stay. However, two rooms located on the second floor remain closed and are for the exclusive use of the owner, and are not part of the advertised accommodation.
