- To use the games tables in the Cooliving area, you need to sign in at reception, collect the game materials and return them after use.

- To use the Meeting Room, check availability at reception.

- The gym is open from Sunday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm.

- The Game Place is open from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 10pm and on Fridays, Saturdays and national holiday from 9am to midnight.

- The condominium holds various events on the Rooftop for tenants, which are signposted in the elevators.
