- The gym is open from Sunday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm.

- The Game Place is open from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 10pm and on Fridays, Saturdays and national holiday from 9am to midnight.

- Deliveries must be received or picked up directly at reception by the guest.

- The condominium holds various events on the Rooftop for tenants, which are signposted in the elevators.
