The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with wireless connections. In the house, the only connection available is via Wi-Fi. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the house. The accommodation is entirely yours.

The pool attendant will clean and maintain the pool daily to ensure the best experience during your stay.

The condominium offers 24-hour security, direct access to the beach, marina, and helipad. In addition, it has a complete commercial area, with a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, bikini shop, nautical items, and several restaurant options, such as a pizzeria, sushi bar, creperie, and hamburger joint.

Additional services, such as boat trips, massage therapists, jet skis, and golf cart rentals, are available upon separate request.
