We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

O apartamento é excelente, bem localizado, de fácil acesso, tudo novinho e muito funcional.
O check in e checkout foram realizados sem nenhum problema, seguindo as orientações dadas pela equipe que administra o apartamento. Esta também se colocou a disposição de forma prestativa.
E Búzios é um lugar maravilhoso!

Foi um fim de semana maravilhoso. O apartamento é excelente, bem localizado, de fácil acesso, tudo novinho e muito funcional. O check in e checkout foram realizados sem nenhum problema, seguindo as orientações dadas pela equipe que administra o apartamento. Esta também se colocou a disposição de forma prestativa. E Búzios é um lugar maravilhoso!

Tranquila e aconchegante.
Apartamento pequeno porem aconchegante, tudo novíssimo, da pra ver que foi construído recente com móveis todos novos e tudo bem limpinho, cama confortável e ar condicionado ótimo ( pois sem não teria condições já que por ser pequena abafa, ainda mais num calor que estava no carnaval haha. É exatamente como nas fotos, quando chegamos uma moça nos passou instruções sobre o check in e foram ótimos dias que passamos lá.
Única coisa que posso dizer que não gostei tanto foi a localização, apesar de ser um bairro ótimo e tranquilo. Pois quando queríamos ir à rua das pedras a noite tínhamos que pedir Uber e ficava em torno de 40/50 reais pois leva uns 20 minutos até lá. Fora isso, amamos.
