We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Visitors are not allowed in this accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Access to the interior of the condominium and the apartments by anyone wearing beachwear, wet clothes or service uniforms must be made exclusively through the service entrance, with no exceptions as to time or day.

- The apartment has an internal garbage can in the service area for the disposal of smaller items of waste. However, all larger items of waste must be transported by the person responsible to the central garbage can on the garage floor. In addition, between floors, on the building's internal staircases, there are garbage cans for the deposit of dry waste destined for selective collection and recycling.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

Make good use and look after the space, this is someone's property.

O apartamento é até melhor do que anunciado e ótima localização, porteiro 24 h muito educados. Bela decoração, ótimo chuveiro , todos ar condicionado novinhos como tudo. Para 100% só falta uma garagem, deixei uma semana meu carro na rua mesmo , não tive nenhum problema.

Todo fue perfecto. El apartamento es mejor fisicamente que en foto. Es grande, con todas las comodidades, en una zona excelente muy cerca de la playa, muchos sitios para conocer alrededor como restaurantes, bares, tiendas, entre otros. Lugar muy recomendado

Sin duda volvería con mi familia. Estuvimos muy cómodos!

Edificio con seguridad las 24.00 hs. Zona tranquila cerca de playas Copacabana e Ipanema y de lugares de compras diarias. Departamento totalmente equipado y mobiliario de excelente calidad. Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes.Dos dormitorios muy cómodos. Tres TV. Excelentes 3 baños completos y cocina equipada. Lavadero cómodo, independiente de la cocina pero sin lavarropas. De destacar, filtro de agua purificada y cerradura de seguridad codificada. Fotografías reales.

Poco no me gustó, pero si tal vez, no tener TV satelital.
