Outdoor leisure area (1st floor): swimming pool with lighting and a depth of 1.5m, sun loungers, rocking chair, armchairs, table with parasol and chairs, and shower.

Gourmet Area (1st floor): charcoal barbecue with grill, sink, kitchen utensils, table with seats, and toilet.

Living Room (1st floor): sofa, armchairs, 85" Smart TV, portable fan, dining table with 8 chairs, and translucent curtain.

Bedroom 1 with Balcony (2nd floor): double bed (188cm x 138cm), split air conditioning, clothes rack with hangers, translucent and blackout curtains, and double sun lounger on the balcony.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor - right side): double bed (188cm x 138cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers, and translucent and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor - left side): double bed (188cm x 138cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers, and translucent and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 4 (1st floor): double bed (188cm x 138cm), sofa, 32" TV with open channels (antenna), split air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers, and translucent and blackout curtains.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 5-burner stove with oven, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, omelet maker, juicer, water purifier with natural water, countertop with seating, and utensils for meals and cooking.

Other: 15kg washing machine, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothesline, and freezer.

Garage: 3 parking spaces - 1 covered and 2 uncovered.

Internet: 600 megabytes

The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

Note: The sauna and kitchen TV are out of service for an indefinite period. We appreciate your understanding.

You will have exclusive access to the house. The accommodation is entirely yours.
