We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the tenant.
- Access in swimwear and/or shirtless is only through the service entrance, which is located at the garage entrance.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your orders. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

The apartment is very well located, a few minutes from the beach. The check-in went smoothly and the host replied to any questions very quickly. The apartment has three bathrooms which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.
One small thing to note: it is not allowed to smoke on the lovely terrace. It was a reasonable request and we didn't but if you're a smoker and considering this place, keep in mind you'll have to go downstairs on the street.

The apartment was very well located, and having the terrace as a plus, Omar and his team are very professionals and will do everything to help if needed.
The apartment was very big. It does need a bit of update, would def be staying again.

Excellent. Large modern apartment. High ceilings. Looks like the photos. You may find everything you need nearby. 4 blocks from Copacabana beach and 20’ walking to Ipanema. Friendly doorman. Host send an assistant to receive us and familiarize us with the apartment and was responsive through our stay. Highly recommended. We hope to come back soon. Thanks!

Apartamento incrível, espaçoso, melhor que as fotos. Localização próxima a praia e nos sentimos seguros. Porteiro muito gentil e agradável. Apartamento melhor que as fotos e equipe da Omar atenciosa. Quartos espaçosos. Cozinha com itens necessários para estadia. Adoramos a estadia e pretendemos voltar.
