We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.

- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Great apartment, great location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and the beach is an easy walk. Hosting team is proactive and Im sure would be very helpful but I did not need. Overall loved the apartment and had a great stay. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Omar do Rio enough for their excellent communication and rapid response time! I had just arrived at a shockingly dirty and dangerous airbnb booking and was getting no help from the Airbnb "Support" team. contacted these guys and they had me out of their and into a lovely studio in a great area in under 2hrs. They kept checking in on me during my stay to make sure everything was going well and were amenable to a 2pm late checkout. Could not ask for better hosts! The studio itself was brand new and a lot of thought went into the design, decoration and amenities. I've traveled with Airbnb for decades and this was Next Level. The neighborhood of Leblon was peacefull, leafy, close to the beach and safe (they even have the Tourist Police office on that road) A couple of excellent restaurants just outside including a popular sushi place. a great choice of supermarkets and high end retail within a five minute walk. Really cannot say enough good about this one!

This flat is absolutely perfect for a solo traveller, digital nomad , or couple. The location is perfect and on a well lit street right above some of the best sushi restaurant in town ! The flat also is completely renovated and everything was brand new. Love the digital entryway not needing to carry around a key! And 24/7 front desk security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to friends.
