We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.


- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

We had a wonderful stay in Copacabana! The apartment was super clean, modern, and spacious, and was located close to various beaches in the center of the Copacabana area. The host was very responsive and communicative, and the doorman/security staff were wonderful as well - we always felt safe and taken care of. Only thing was that it is located close to a busy street so it could get a bit loud at night in one of the rooms. Overall would highly recommend!!

The best thing about the apartment was the location, close to both beaches as advertised and close to restaurants and bars. The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. We loved the electronic key as it gave us the freedom to come and go on our own schedules and the beds were conformable. We were surprised that there were no basic food items in the kitchen. Omar's team said they don't leave anything due to ''hygiene reasons''. We think salt and paper sachets and some oil at least would have been helpful, also leaving behind at least a couple of bottles of water would have been a nice touch. We arrived at 9:30 pm after 12-hour flight and had to go out at that time to look for somewhere to buy some water at least. Also, we were left 1 towel each for almost 3 weeks holiday. After the first week, we asked for more towels and bedding and this was provided. In addition, the wood in the ensuite is falling apart it needs replacing.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, and well located. We were near beaches, commerce, and restaurants. We had a great 3-week stay in Rio. The only problem was the noise: street and construction. We believe that using double-paned windows will tremendously decrease the noise one can hear at the front bedroom, TV room, and dining room. The master bedroom, in the rear of the building, was perfectly quiet. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a bottled water store on the ground floor of the building with huge trucks unloading large amounts of water bottles, sometimes at 5 am. Also, there was construction (9am to 5pm, weekdays) happening on the apartment above which made staying in, during the day, quite impossible. Luckily, we were out most of the time. As for the support we received from “Omar do Rio” or "AirBnB", this was way below acceptable. Communication was incomplete, confusing, and delayed. There is plenty of room for improvement here.

The flat is nice as in the picture, maybe a bit cold and the plants are fake ☹️. The management is very responsive and helpful, but the apartment is close to a street which is noisy for the traffic. Difficult to sleep

The code door lock was very convenient since we are a group and going out at different times so we don’t have to wait for each other to come home or has the keys. Also the location was very to convenient from the beach and everything else. The unit itself has everything you need to have your stay comfortable.

This house is great! It has everything you could want. Also, Alva’s bakery below for delicious sourdough bread and baked goods!! Perfect location, minutes walking from both Ipanema and Copa beaches. The flat and local area is completely safe, we were taking evening strolls nearly every night along copa side walk. The hosts are absolutely fab. 5* hosts - responsive, flexible, lovely to communicate with. We also did Samba lessons with Carla at SambaFit in Ipanema - she is amazing. Live samba in Lapa is incredible! Definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay! The apartment is at the cross section of Ipanema and Copacabana, making it very easy to get around on foot or by bike. The space was very clean, had fast internet for working remotely, and it was convenient having two bathrooms as well. Every room has an AC, which was very welcome in the summer heat. Host was responsive when we had issues with the hot water, sending in a technician to resolve the issue in the building. Would certainly stay again!

Beautiful apartment just a few blocks away from both Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, as well as the Osorio metro station. There is a very convenient smart lock, removing the need to carry keys around and making the check-in process very simple. The host was super responsive and willing to provide us with everything we needed. The apartment has more than enough amenities for a super comfortable stay.

Amazing apartment for a group of friends. Great beds and bathrooms for every room. A/Cs in all rooms and all working great. The location is perfect right in between Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Amazing check in experience with 24hr porters and smart lock. We had an awesome time during carnaval.

El alojamiento es genial! Tal cual las fotos y lo recomendaria mucho, si hay algo que decir es que hay mucho ruido de la calle ya que las ventanas no aislan del ruido y se escuchan mucho los coches pasar. La comunicación con Omar fue genial.

O apartamento é exatamente como está descrito no anúncio. A estadia foi ótima e a localização também é excelente. Muito perto da praia e com muita coisa pra fazer. Tenho apenas uma crítica, relacionada aos utensílios de cozinha. Senti falta de alguns utensílios básicos, como por exemplo bule de café, panos de pia e panos de chão. No mais foi tudo perfeito.

Tive uma boa estadia na acomodação. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, bem estratégica para acessar à pé a praia de Ipanema e a parte final de Copacabana, com diversas opções de restaurantes, padarias e comércio no entorno. O apartamento é reformado (ao contrário do prédio), estava limpo e comportou muito bem quatro pessoas. A portaria 24 horas dá muita segurança. O ar-condicionado na sala foi providencial durante a onda de calor que pegamos. Possui estrutura completa de cozinha/área de serviço. Entre os pontos negativos, cito o forte cheiro de mofo no apartamento, não recomendável para quem é alérgico. Chegamos a reportar isso para a administração. A rua de frente é bastante barulhenta. As roupas de cama estavam limpas, mas com aspecto de velhas e um pouco encardidas. Poderiam deixar um kit de toalhas e roupas de cama de reserva, mas entregaram tudo na quantidade mínima. A rede estava com cheiro de usada. Também reportamos e a administração se prontificou a trocar.

O apartamento estava super limpo e organizado. A equipe nos respondia sempre com rapidez e sempre se mostrava disponível para qualquer intercorrência. Viajei com minha família e ficamos em 5 muito bem acomodados. A localização é muito boa, muito próxima a várias praias, com mercados e restaurantes bons nas redondezas. Esperamos voltar um dia.

O apartamento é bastante amplo e confortável. A localização é ótima com metrô e estabelecimentos muito próximos, também é próximo da praia, apenas algumas quadras. A rua é muito barulhenta, por conta disso, é melhor deixar as janelas fechadas quando se quer um pouco mais de tranquilidade.

O apartamento, assim como os dias no RJ, superaram nossas expectativas. Fomos em número de 6 pessoas e encontramos tudo que o anúncio propôs. O ambiente é incrível e aconchegante, definitivamente nos sentimos em casa. Existem 2 quartos com 1 cama de casal em cada, e um sofá cama que serve tranquilamente para 2 pessoas. Inúmeros utensílios disponíveis e atendimento por parte do pessoal da Omar do Rio bem atencioso e rápido! A localização dispensa comentários...é muito perto da praia de Copacabana (posto 5) e as ruas são muito tranquilas e policiadas, além de haver mercados por perto. É fácil conseguir carros em aplicativos e a portaria é 24 horas. O apê assim como o RJ é puro charme, desde que saímos, a vontade de voltar só aumenta!! Opção incrível e indispensável para quem quer ter uma estadia fantástica na cidade maravilhosa.

O apto é amplo, lindo e bem equipado e localizado, a apenas algumas quadras das praias de Ipanema e de Copacabana. Ao redor ainda tem mercado e padarias. A limpeza estava boa também! A única coisa foi que esqueceram um jogo de lençol e as cobertas poderiam ser maiores, pois pareciam ser de solteiro e não de casal. Mas ainda assim a equipe foi bem prestativa e logo resolveram o problema relativo ao jogo de lençol. Eu recomendo e se - e quando - voltar para o Rio, certamente ficaria lá novamente.
