We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons. - Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- To use the condominium's gourmet area, you must book up to 7 days in advance, upon payment of the fee.

- The condominium barbecue area must be booked 7 days in advance of use.

- Pets accepted on request.

- Pets must be on a leash at all times when walking in the street. Pets are not allowed in the condominium's leisure area.

- Speed must be reduced to 10km/h and cars must be parked in A2 spaces (2 spaces), as shown on the demarcation sign.
