Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

O apartamento condiz com o título chamativo... de fato temos a impressão que estamos flutuando sobre algo, o melhor de tudo é que este "algo" é uma paisagem 360 graus/panorâmica estonteante, fascinante! Incrivelmente belo e aconchegante... o local é um studio, em proporções ideais para você desfrutar acompanhado ou não... tomar café da manhã ou jantar... qualquer refeição que fosse com aquela visão era de um prazer incomensurável. Estive hospedado para o rock in rio, e não tive problemas em relação à locomoção e nem ao fluxo elevado de gnt na cidade em função do festival. O proprietário foi bem receptivo, com hospitalidade, tranquilo... Rogerio e Omar foram pessoas de trato excelente para comigo e o meu acompanhante na viagem. Já tive oportunidade de ficar em diversos locais no rio e era a minha 6 vez na cidade, que por sinal sempre vou em demandas elevadas... mas este local e sua vista panorâmica ficou guardado no coração. As acomodações são confortáveis e tudo funciona perfeitamente bem... ambiente discreto, minimalista e decoração ótima! Gostei mais ainda pelas plantinhas/orquídeas que tem no local serem de verdade! Se você tem dúvidas acerca do local e sua localização, não tenha! Não pense duas vezes e permita-se acordar com essa vista radiando beleza em sua vista, potencializando ainda mais a sua alegria em estar de fato na cidade "maravilhosa"!
