Private pool:

- Every Thursday, the apartment's pool is cleaned by an external employee.

In the Edifício Mandarim condominium:

- The condominium's party room has 3 areas (Lounge, Home Theater, and Gourmet). To use these areas, you must make a reservation and pay BRL 300.00 per area to the condominium administration.

- The pool is cleaned twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday, in the afternoon.
