We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

O apartamento fica em uma localidade excelente, próximo a supermercado, padaria 24 horas, bares, restaurantes e muitas lojas. E principalmente perto da praia. Perfeito para explorar bastante a região andando. O apartamento é espaçoso e limpo. Super recomendo e super voltarei.

Os apartamentos Omar do Rio são muito bons para quem deseja descobrir o Rio. Os dois apartamentos nos quais ficamos eram muito bem situados dando a oportunidade de conhecer diferentes bairros do Rio de Janeiro. Ameii o AP, é grande, super equipado e muito bem localizado. O anfitrião (equipe do Omar Do Rio) respondia rápido,sempre estava a disposição para resolver qualquer tipo de problema que passei no AP. Amei a estadia, com certeza voltarei para ficar em uns dos apartamentos do Omar do Rio . Dica: poderia investir em um bebedouro ou um filtro de água.

Apartamento espaçoso e confortável. Localização privilegiada, com ótimos restaurantes e supermercado perto. Ao lado da estação do metrô. Anfitrião super solicito e atencioso. Nada a reclamar.

A localização é muito boa. Os banheiros são mais antigos. A portaria 24h foi excelente. Ficamos em 7 pessoas e todos estavam confortáveis. Decoração simples, com pinturas e quadros lindos - a cara do Rio de Janeiro.
