Bedroom: king size bed (203cm x 193cm), split air conditioning, blackout curtains, clothes rack with hangers, bathtub, 50" smart TV, full-length mirror, work station with desk, chair, and lamp.

Note: The apartment has a bathtub/shower. To facilitate access, there is a small step; therefore, guests with reduced mobility may need a little more attention to use it.

Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, water purifier with natural water, blender, toaster, dining table with seats, and cooking utensils.

Other: hair dryer, 11kg washing machine, clothes steamer, and clothesline for drying clothes.

Internet: 400mbps

- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is signal loss with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctioning of the service provider.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.

Note: There is construction going on in the building for an indefinite period of time. This can lead to noise, dust and constant traffic of contractors in the building.
