We hope you feel welcome in our space. Please remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors, and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is mandatory to send the identification document and facial recognition of all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

- It is mandatory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Noise Law between 10 PM and 8 AM.

- Our accommodations include basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.

- Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ashes, or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.

- Do not use bedding and towels to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.

- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium administration related to tenant behavior, such as loud noise, misbehavior, or conduct that is in violation of the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the leaseholder.

- When ordering delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your orders. Delivery personnel are not allowed to enter the condominium.
