We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events will not be allowed.
- Respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Omar was super helpful. When we arrived, the front door lock was broken, but we were able to communicate with the team and use a different set of keys and our stay was awesome! The place is cute, clean, and right next to a kiosco. It's a short walk to Ipanema or Copacabana. The team is amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for anyone that wants to stay by the beach. We had a few troubles during our stay in Rio, Omar and Bruno were very understanding and helped us anywhere they could. Their team were responsive and friendly. Great host with fantastic homes. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Omar’s place! The apartment was even better than in pictures because it was super clean and provided with everything we wanted. Great beds and air conditioning! Location is just a few minutes from copacabana and a few more to Ipanema, which we thought was perfect. Good supermarket close by.
Would definately recommend the host and apartment aswell!

O local é limpo, organizado, confortável, bem localizado. É perceptível o cuidado da equipe, pensando em todos os detalhes, tal qual um hotel. É disponibilizado aos hóspedes praticamente tudo que é necessário durante a estadia (toalhas, shampoo, secador, utensílios domésticos…). Tivemos um contratempo no check in, mas que prontamente foi solucionado pela equipe. A sugestão seria disponibilizar também um ferro de passar roupas. No mais, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Estuvo perfecto! El lugar muy acogedor, limpio y amplio.
Queda en la mitad de copacabana e ipanema por lo que es perfecto para caminar y elegir una playa (en 10 minutos de caminata se encuentran o con la playa de copacabana o la de ipanema).
Cerca hay un mini market, también a dos cuadras hay un supermercado y un restaurant por peso (temperarte), lo que ayuda mucho para esos almuerzos que uno quiere rápido.
En cuanto a la seguridad, es muy seguro ya que tiene dos puertas antes de entrar al departamento.
Los Ubers llegaban sin ningún problema.
OJO: tiene dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla grande pero están algo escondidas en un mueble de la cocina, las encontramos al 4to día jaja.

Possui ótima infra estrutura também - cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar roupa…

Muy buen lugar, super cómodo y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una buena estadía. Definitivamente recomendable. Incluso más amplio de lo que se veía en las fotos. Cercano a playa Ipanema y Copacabana, locales comerciales y transporte público. Excelente lugar para tres personas. Barrio muy tranquilo.

La verdad que la atención de Omar do Río fue muy buena. Fueron muy amables y estuvieron muy atentos. El apartamento estaba en excelentes condiciones, muy amplio y cómodo y en una zona espectacular.

Estuvo perfecto! El lugar muy acogedor, limpio y amplio. Todo excelente. Desde la atencion de la inmobiliaria hasta el departamento mismo. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos y su ubicacion es perfecta: a pocas cuadras de Ipanema y de Copacabana, se puede ir caminando a todos lados. La estacion de subte, en la esquina. Totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadia perfecta: desde lavasecarropas hasta lavavajillas, desde adaptadores de enchufes hasta sillas de playa y sombrilla. Detalles encantadores: un huevo de pascuas esperandonos sobre la mesa para celebrar Semana Santa!
