Armação dos Búzios, or just Búzios as it is popularly called, is a Brazilian city located in the Lakes Region in the state of Rio de Janeiro. It is one of the best destinations in Brazil for those looking for beautiful beaches, as it has a jagged coastline full of beautiful scenery and more than twenty beaches. Take the opportunity to walk along the famous Rua das Pedras, enjoying its renowned bars and restaurants. Also be sure to visit the beloved Orla Bardot, famous thanks to the visit of the great French actress Brigitte Bardot, a lover of the region.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- Do not park cars on the lawn, only in the area marked out with stones fixed to the ground.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery drivers are not allowed in the condominium.
