Excellent apartment located in Copacabana in a condominium with complete infrastructure: swimming pool, garage, sauna and laundry. The accommodation has 250mbps internet, Smart TV, air conditioning, a workstation and an equipped kitchen. You'll also find restaurants, bars, snack bars, pharmacies and markets in the surrounding area and you'll be just a few steps away from the Cantagalo metro station, providing quick and convenient access to the city's main tourist attractions.
In the accommodation you will find:

Master bedroom: Queen bed (198cm x 158cm), air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain, large window with a view.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, kitchen utensils, blender.

Internet: 250mbps.
- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed with a cable connection, as there is a loss of signal with a wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to the malfunctioning of the service provider.
You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.
The Copacabana Executive Flat condominium offers a communal swimming pool. The pool and entire rooftop area are open Tuesday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The condominium also offers laundry service, available with the purchase of tokens. One token is required for washing and another for drying clothes.

We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is mandatory to send the license plate and color of the vehicle to use the garage
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of every visitor, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

The apartment mixes an accomodating space for longer stays with easy access to the beach for a weekend get away.
Its a 5 minute walk to copacabana beach, with short trips to Ipanema and Lago. Easy to find a cab/uber to other parts of the town. If you are trying to get to places like Flamengo or Botafogo on a weekday,
you will have a lot of traffic at night.
The living room is very spacious, with a great desk set up for remote work. The kitchen is serviceable for those that dont want to eat out every day. The bathroom was pristine, with one of the best showers I've ever taken.
The bed is a little firm for my taste, but the view out of the windows more than makes up for it.
The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and present. Laundry is easy to use and the trash chute is right down the hall.
The pool is small and unheated without any real room to lounge around. This shouldn't deter you as the beach is so close that you will never think to use it!

The location of the unit is close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach itself which was very convenient. The pool was a nice addition with the rooftop lounge area, and the bed has the most comfortable mattress. I would recommend to those looking to stay in the Copacabana area!
