We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

On a passé un super séjour dans ce logement. L appartement est parfait, la vue est incroyable il est impossible de fermer les volets avec une telle vue. Je recommande à 100%. L entrée peut un peu effrayer pour des personnes découvrant le brésil cependant tout est très sécurisé il y a toujours un garde en bas. La position de l appartement sur la longue plage de Copacabana est parfaite. Rien de dire à part que c était parfait !

My husband and I took a trip to Rio de Janeiro for carnival and stayed at Omar’s place. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at this airbnb. We were located steps from the beach, we had many restaurants, stores, small flee markets and many things to do near by. Omar’s place was perfect for us and offered the most breath taking views of Sugarloaf mountain and Copacabana.
The only thing was that the elevators sometimes worked and sometimes they didn’t, but that isn’t Omar’s fault. Definitely recommend this spot for your next Rio de Janeiro trip.

A truly stunning apartment with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy time in Rio. The view from the living room is STUNNING and the sunrise will truly awaken your soul. The apartment is near the best part of Copa and a 10 minute walk from Ipanema. If you are coming to Rio, thinks the place to be. Could not be better.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, great air conditioning, incredible view!
The only thing that would have made it better would be having basic amenities such as coffee, sugar, water, and maybe milk. No complaints about the space, we loved our stay, and felt very secure in the building and surrounding areas.

Perfeito! Não poderia ter encontrado melhor localização! Vista integral da praia de Copacabana, perto de tudo. Local seguro, confortável. O studio é super bem equipado, exatamente como nas fotos. A vista da janela já paga por tudo, é de tirar o fôlego. Não precisa nem sair do apartamento. A equipe é super amigável, eficiente e fácil de comunicar. Precisei fazer o check in mais cedo e eles mobilizaram a equipe, pra que o apartamento estivesse disponível mais cedo pra mim. Muito feliz e satisfeito com minha hospedagem. Recomendo de olhos fechados. 🇧🇷🌴☀️🏖️

O local de Omar do Rio está em uma das melhores localizações da cidade, corresponde ao anúncio e é bem limpo e organizado. Me senti bastante acolhido com o atendimento, sempre rápido e gentil. Um bônus é o restaurante localizado no térreo do prédio, “Sindicato do Chopp”, comida muito boa, preço razoável, quantidades muito generosas e um atendimento tão descontraído e amigável que faz você querer voltar. Me hospedaria novamente com Omar do Rio.

La ubicación es increíble y voy a extrañar mucho la vista que teníamos desde el cuarto. El edificio es un poco viejo, pero la verdad vale la pena hospedarse aquí.

Alojamiento en Copacabana que cumple con lo anunciado. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, la vista es espectacular, la entrada es por una galería que está permanentemente abierta pero para entrar a los departamentos hay una recepción para el registro y control. Tuvieron el valorable gesto de extender el check out hasta las 17:00 lo que nos permitió disfrutar un poco más el último día, lo que se agradece mucho.
Oportunidad de mejora, en la cocina abajo del refrigerador había una pequeña mancha, nada grave. En conclusión es totalmente recomendable, volveremos.

Obrigado por uma estadia agradável. A única crítica foi que havia apenas uma toalha por pessoa durante uma semana, o que achamos um pouco pequeno. De resto estava tudo bem, móveis, limpeza e a vista deslumbrante de Copacabana.

O flat é exatamente como descrito, ou seja, excelente! Minha estadia foi ótima. A localização é perfeita. Host prestou todas as informações necessárias, excelente comunicação. E ainda permitiram meu late check-out como cortesia, já que meu vôo só sairia no final do dia. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes a este flat.
