- The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed on the cable connection, as there is a loss of signal on the wireless connection. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to the malfunctioning of the service provider.

- All the sockets in the accommodation are 220v.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours and that of the other guests included in the booking. Visitors are not allowed.

To offer even more security during your stay, the apartment has a camera above the door, facing only the outside area. It does not access the interior of the property, ensuring total privacy. You will have exclusive access to the entire space and can enjoy your stay in comfort and tranquility.

In the vicinity of the condominium, you will find some shared services, such as the ferry to cross the channel and access the beach:

- Pier 1: from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Shutdown every Tuesday - To access, you must request a day pass from the concierge.

- Pier 2: from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Maintenance stoppage every Monday - To access, you must request a daily pass from the gate.
