We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.
- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Thank you Omar Do Rio, we’ve spent a good time in your flat! The location is great, very quiet and safe, the mountain is amazing and yes, you can notice tiny monkeys on it! Internet connection is reliable, no problem with work. Maybe one inconvenience that there is no washing machine so you should’ve add more towels and linens. All in all it’s a good apartment especially for a not very long stay.

A estadia foi perfeita. O atendimento é muito próximo e gostamos demais das interações com a equipe, inclusive quando tivemos uma dificuldade com a fechadura digital (por nossa parte). O apartamento é perfeito para um casal (não indicaria o uso do sofá cama para dormir), bem equipado, decoração moderna e uma vista que impressiona. O local é bem localizado, próximo a tudo e muito seguro (rua fechada).
Com certeza eu ficaria novamente! Muito obrigado por nos hospedar.

El alojamiento es como se describe en las fotos, muy bien ubicado y la calle tiene seguridad privada, por lo que es fácil transitar. La comunicación con el host fue excelente. La única recomendación es dejar un ambientador en el baño pues no tenía un olor muy agradable. Por lo demás, cinco estrellas!

Sem palavras para expressar essa experiência que foi estar em umas das comodidades da Omar do Rio, começando pela comunicação excelente com o anfitrião, onde demonstrou presteza e agilidade no atendimento, falei com ele sobre meu check in iniciar mais cedo, pois meu voo era bem cedo, e ele super entendeu e me deixou entrar, o apartamento impecável, roupas de cama limpas, tudo novinho e cheiroso! Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento do chuveiro que tão logo foi resolvido pela equipe técnica da Omar, super ágeis e de fácil comunicação! Fica perto de tudo, praia, restaurante, shopping…Enfim uma experiencial sensacional!

Todo estuvo muy bien, el departamento esta cerca de la playa, zona es tranquila. Tiene un supermercado a una cuadra donde venden de todo, también farmacia, en la esquina venden desayunos típicos de Brasil. Me gustó mucho y no tengo quejas.

O AP é amplo, lindo e organizado o que nós trouxe sensação de extremo conforto, fora a prestatividade do anfitrião, tudo ótimo, com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!

A localização é ótima: fica numa rua sem saída, o que traz mais segurança, e há academia, supermercado e restaurantes ao redor. O espaço é mais amplo do que parece nas fotos. A equipe é atenciosa, mas acho que por ser época de Carnaval estavam bem cheios. Pediram para avisar com antecedência se usaríamos o sofá cama, avisei e quando chegamos não havia roupa de cama para o mesmo. Entrei em contato e demoraram além do horário combinado pra levar (ficamos esperando para poder sair do apto). Além disso, eram 3 hóspedes na reserva e só havia duas toalhas de banho e uma de rosto. Levaram uma a mais de banho quando levaram a roupa de cama do sofá, mas penso que para uma reserva de 10 dias poderiam ser disponibilizadas mais toalhas. No mais, tudo certo!
