We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- We do not provide salt, olive oil, sugar or other food items in our accommodation for hygiene reasons.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

Really nice place just a few steps from copacabana! Only thing to mention, was there weren’t hot water for showering… otherwise everything is as it says! Overall very recommendable :)

Really good location, more than enough for a nice apartment to enjoy Rio. The only thing we didn’t like that much, is that Rio streets are quite noisy and the windows insulation could be much better. Except that, we recommend it

The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The apartment building is close to all conveniences and superbly managed with 24 / 7 security. The Omar Do Rio Team was responsive and dedicated to making sure I had a pleasant stay.

This place is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect, steps from the beach, from grocery stores, from bus routes. Extremely safe for folks thinking of solo travel. Location is near Copacabana, but Ipanema is a 15min walk away. I experienced some communication challenges for check-in, but this was ultimately addressed. This place is absolutely worth the value.

This place was the perfect landing spot for me while getting to know Rio. Centrally located, so close to the beach and easy to get to other neighborhoods. The place itself was clean and comfortable with homey touches. I especially loved sitting at the window and taking in Copa. The people at Omar Do Rio were friendly and helpful, I always felt supported. I'll be back!

Local exatamente como mostrado nas fotos, tem vista para a praia de Copacabana e para o Cristo, também é bem próximo de bares e restaurantes ótimos, além disso foram super solícitos e gentis quando questionei sobre o late checkout, definitivamente eu me hospedaria novamente.

Recomendo muito! Super confortável (adorei a rede!) e com ótima localização (fica do lado da praia e perto do metrô). É perfeito para trabalhar remoto, pois a internet é boa e é muito iluminado. Para quem gosta de cozinhar, a cozinha é bem equipada. Espero voltar mais vezes! :)
