We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.

- It is compulsory to send identification documents for all guests included in the booking. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during your stay.

- The portable crib service is subject to availability. There will also be a charge of R$150.00 per booking for use + the cost of transportation.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.

- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.

- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.

- It is forbidden to leave suitcases, bags, furniture, shoes and/or other objects of any kind at the entrance, in the corridors, on the stairs, in the garage or in any other common area of the condominium.

- Suitcases, trolleys, furniture, other large items and animals (of any size) should only be transported in the service elevator. People in bathing suits should only use the service elevator. Children should only ride in the elevators accompanied by a responsible adult.

- It is forbidden to hang clothes and/or shoes, potted plants and/or other objects on the outside of the property.

- The elevator is close to the room, which can be a nuisance at certain times of the day in terms of noise.

- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery drivers are not allowed in the condominium.

Make good use and look after the space, this is someone's property.
