We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- In the event of loss of the key, a fee of R$15.00 will be charged to the rental holder.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management, related to the behavior of tenants, such as loud music, bad behavior, or posture that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- Pets accepted on request.

Una grata sorpresa cerca del mar.
Todo perfecto, super importante su atención en todo momento, ya que hacer toda tratativa y gestión online y NO presencial genera mucha intriga y ansiedad, siempre respondieron a tiempo, dejándonos tranquilos y solo tuvimos que ocuparnos de disfrutar.
Para nosotros fue un plus que no figura en la publicación, que la casa está en una reserva, y rodeada de hermosa vegetación y biodiversidad.
Ni que hablar, está a pasos del mar, despertar e irte a dormir con el ruido de las olas fue genial.
Muchas gracias a Pedro y todo el equipo de Omar do Rio, seguro volveremos.
Fue un descuido de mi parte no ver que era un dúplex, y estábamos convencidos de tener las instalaciones para nosotros solos, pero por suerte tuvimos varios días sin vecinos, lo que sumó al disfrute, y luego con la llegada de nuevos huéspedes, no tuvimos inconveniente alguno.
