We hope you feel welcome in our space. Please remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the property, the neighbors, and the general rules of good neighborliness. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension and/or cancellation of your rental.

- You must provide identification and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Access to the building is via an automated facial recognition system. Therefore, we ask that you register your face at the front desk upon check-in.

- You must submit identification documents for all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 200.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please observe the noise ordinance between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an additional cleaning fee.

- Do not use bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.

- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management due to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates the community rules—will be charged to the tenant.

- When ordering food delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your orders. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.

- Mini and small pets (up to 15 kg) are accepted upon request.
