We hope you feel welcome in our space. Remember that this is a residential rental, so it is essential to respect the space, the neighbors and the general rules of good coexistence. Failure to respect these rules may result in the interruption and/or cancellation of your rental.
- All guests included in the booking must provide ID and facial recognition. Without this information, your check-in will not be possible. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- It is compulsory to send the identification document of all visitors, at least 24 hours in advance, respecting the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodation includes basic bathroom items such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not replenished during the stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please respect the Silence Law between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the residence. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning charge.
- Do not use the bed and bath linen to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines levied against the unit by the condominium management in relation to tenant behavior, such as loud music, bad behavior or behavior that is at odds with the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the lease holder.
- When placing delivery orders, please go down to the concierge to pick up your packages. Delivery men are not allowed in the condominium.

Great location. Very close to Copacabana beach. The apartment was in a very safe and secure location close to many bars and restaurants. The check in process was simple and easy and Omar was very responsive to any messages sent. The apartment was as shown in the photos. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Rio.

Todo tal cual a las imágenes, el orden y aseo impecable al llegar, la comunicación fue rápida con el anfitrión y su equipo.
Lo único malo que nos pasó fue que el filtro del lavamanos estaba malo, por lo que, estuvimos sin poder utilizarlo hasta que lo fueron a arreglar (2 días aproximadamente).
Fuera de eso, todo impecable!
Es segunda vez que me hospedo con este anfitrión y volvería mil veces, por la limpieza, orden, amabilidad, rapidez y la atención que tiene él y su equipo.

Amazing place to stay in Rio!
I had a fantastic stay at this apartment!
Modern, clean, fast wifi, aircon worked great. It really was everything we needed. And just like the photos!
Check-in was straight forward and the host was always available and helpful, whenever I messaged.
The location could not be better. The area and building are super safe. Its just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by.
Highly recommend!
